I currently work in Customer Service and as a Bank Teller at Landsbankinn. Landsbankinn is a leading Icelandic financial institution. The Bank offers a full range of financial services and is the market leader in the Icelandic financial service sector with the largest branch network.

I started working at Landsbankinn one year ago as summer employee and after my contract ended I was asked to continue working there which I have been doing now for almost a year. The banking industry is rapidly changing with today's technology innovations and therefore I've had to learn how to adapt to a rapidly changing environment as well as having the responsibility of teaching customers how to adapt to the changes of modern banking.

I worked at Iceland Travel Assistance (ITA) as a sales and travel consultant while studying my bachelor degree. ITA is a comprehensive booking service in Iceland. The company operates sales and information offices in Reykjavik.

My main responsibilities were direct contact with customers and identifying and exceeding their expectations. Helping them choose the perfect product for them and give them personal advice for how to optimize their experience.

I worked as a part of ground staff as well as in sales at Eagle Air during the summer of 2017.
Eagle Air is one of two domestic airlines in Iceland and they fly to six destinations throughout the country.

My main tasks at Eagle Air was loading and unloading the plane, helping passengers, check-in as well as in sales.
