While working as a consultant I participated in two projects:
  • One regarding the development of a project of Shadow IT for a company in the Retail sector. We had daily workshops with the different business units of the company to understand the mechanics of their Access applications and transfer that information to the Data Architecture department. In addition, we had weekly meetings with the Data Architecture department to assist in the designation of a future location to these applications, as well as weekly meetings to monitor the development of the project and to report the main KPIs.

    • - Overview of the technology contracts (ICT) concluded by one of the biggest insurance companies in Spain in response to the European Union "DORA" resolution. The main objective was the criticality assessment of more than 800 contracts to fill in an Excel template that was to be sent to the Spanish government's financial regulatory department that supervises and controls Spain's insurance and pension fund sector. The process was carried out using the SAP Ariba platform. We managed the completion of the project prior to the stipulated date due to the efficiency of execution, the great ability to work under pressure and the division of tasks among team members.

    Technology Consulting Internship

    Internship with a client from the Insurance Sector.
    The job consisted in the development of a project regarding digital transformation and research of technology trends in the insurance industry for one of the biggest insurance companies in Spain. We held weekly meetings with the client to assist in the development of technology projects and proactively propose new tendencies that may apply to the client’s work activities.
