In the summer of 2023, I was hired as an assistant on a project focused on the prequalification process for a new Master’s degree program in design and pedagogy. I was responsible for conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to identify the needs within the field. This included the following tasks:
Preparing and drafting interview and survey questions.
Identifying target groups and collecting respondents for both surveys and interviews.
Conducting interviews, transcribing, and analyzing responses, including reaching out to and arranging interviews with relevant professionals.
Conducting and analyzing the survey.
Preparing the actual prequalification application in collaboration with academic and administrative staff at Design School Kolding.

Once the research and prequalification application were complete, I transitioned into the Continuing Education team at the school, where I took over all marketing-related responsibilities. My focus was on increasing awareness of the school’s continuing education offerings through the following initiatives:
Creating a new visual identity in close partnership with an external agency.

Launching the new identity across relevant platforms for the Continuing Education department.
SEO optimization.
Raising awareness through focused advertising and platform optimization.
Developing activity and content plans.
Conducting an analysis of Denmark's continuing education landscape and identifying key opportunities.
Monitoring efforts and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Brand Strategy & Management: Developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies across countries and platforms, including leading the brand team and ensuring visual and communicative consistency.

Visual Identity: Responsible for creating and executing the visual style across all media, including retail, web, catalogs, PR, photography, and film.

Communication & Tone of Voice: Overall responsibility for external communication and written content across all channels – including PR, printed materials, and sales collateral.

Campaign Development: Creating and managing campaigns—from initial creative briefings to execution and assessment.

Catalogue & Content Production: Managing large-scale catalogue projects and planning content for digital and print media.
