As a People and Culture Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in our vibrant organization. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience while contributing to our thriving work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the People and Culture team with administrative tasks, including data entry in our HRIS and ATS and scheduling of interviews and phone screens.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, managing the communication with applicants, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and our talent acquisition specialists.
  • Contribute to both onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, packages and deliveries
  • Aid in various office-related tasks to maintain a productive and organized work environment, such as helping with organizing events, ordering office supplies, beverages and snacks, etc.

Requirements:

  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken (Danish is a huge plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
  • You have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Start date: You can start your internship with Ageras as soon as you are available, but no later than 19 of July. Ideally, you are available for min. 3 months. The internship is unpaid and it is a full-time position, but we are flexible and can find a setup, tailored to your specific situation.
