What will you be responsible for?

• As a Student Assistant E-learning Content Developer, you will play a creative role in our content development process. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assist in developing interactive and engaging e-learning materials, including video lectures, quizzes, and multimedia presentations.
• Assist design and update course curricula to ensure alignment with educational standards and learning goals.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance, keeping up to date with the latest educational trends and technologies.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create comprehensive and cohesive learning modules.
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to our quality standards.
• Provide assistance to students by responding to queries and offering guidance on course materials.

What do we value (our requirements)?

• We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to support our content development team. Our requirements include:
• Pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Ability to contribute ideas for creating engaging and interactive content.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional skills will be advantageous:

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Skills in video editing and production, including familiarity with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
• Ability to analyze learning data and metrics to improve content effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language to enable create multilingual content.
