We can offer you the following tasks
MAN Energy Solutions offers a tailor-made trainee program with a duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and have the opportunity to broaden your horizons through off-the-job training, mentoring and networking events. You can also gain intercultural experience at one of our locations worldwide. The program includes an assignment of several months at an international production site with an interface / production network topic. If you perform well, you will be offered a position in one of the above-mentioned departments at the end of the program.
As the responsible electrical specialist (VEFK), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- The legally compliant organization of occupational health and safety with regard to electrical hazards
- Ensuring the proper condition of all electrical systems and equipment in the company (inspections, tests)
- Establishing a suitable safety organization in the area of responsibility
- Assuming technical and supervisory responsibility for electrical personnel
- Defining the framework conditions as an electrically skilled person for defined activities (EFK-ffT) and electrically instructed person (EUP)
As an energy manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Carrying out the energy assessment at the site
- Designing, evaluating and implementing / demanding measures to improve energy consumption / efficiency
- Contributing to the definition of suitable energy targets and energy performance indicators that demonstrate the achievement of the intended results of the energy management system (EnMS)
- Reporting the relevant topics to the HSE site manager and the central HSE organization
You can help us with these qualifications
- Above-average university degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor/Master)
- Practical experience in industrial and service companies, e.g. through internships of several months or working student activities in the field of maintenance, production or project management
- Interest in contributing to the sustainable and secure orientation of the Berlin site
- Very good knowledge of English (other languages welcome)
- At least 4 months abroad, e.g. during your studies
- Extracurricular commitment, high degree of team spirit, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication and cooperative skills
- Openness to foreign cultures, regional mobility and flexibility with regard to the job
