About the job
As our new PPMO Specialist/Manager, together with the team, you will be pivotal in professionalizing and optimizing Orifarm’s strategy execution while delivering various PPMO tasks to facilitate prioritization of projects and support the progress of strategic projects in Orifarm.

Additional tasks and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

• Conceptualize relevant elements in portfolio management
• Prepare communication packages to different stakeholders
• Be sparring partner with business to understand need and speed
• Ensure needed documentation in place for projects to pass decision gates
• Be sparring partner with project managers
• Build re-newed PPMO function together with colleagues in team
• Ensure possible allocation of corporate projects targeting capabilities, motivation according to scope in given projects
• Monitor progress on corporate projects and escalate if constrained resources wise

In this position, you will refer to, VP, PPMO & Corporate Projects, Lise Høgsberg-Davidsen and will be a colleague in a department where we all play vital roles in our business together with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization.

Who are you?
We imagine you possess a well versed experience from consultancy or a PPMO function in bigger organizations or similar and that you are familiar with and thriving in a matrix organization. It will also be advantageous if you have experience within agile methodologies in project portfolio management and pipeline planning. PowerPoint needs to be your friend and you find it easy and fun to make great storylines to make decisions and/or the right dialogues and discussions from.

As a professional, you feel comfortable speaking in front of smaller or bigger crowds and find stakeholder management at all levels a motivational part of your job. You are also driven and enjoy to take lead in tasks. As Orifarm continues to be a dynamic and entrepreneurial company, you must thrive in an environment with changes and many different agendas combined with a strong spirit of collaboration.

Due to the significance of stakeholder management and project management, you will need to possess great communication skills in both Danish and English.

Join the PPMO team being a part of PPMO & Corporate Projects department, which consist of 11 people. The department is characterized by roles that are highly exposed to stakeholders outside the department. In the PPMO team, you and your close colleagues have tasks that complement each other with interfaces or supplement and thus require close day to day collaboration.

Job Location
The position is located at our headquarters in Odense or in our offie in Søborg. You will have the opportunity to work partially from home, approximately 2 days per week.
