Our reselling and implementation partners are located globally, and the number of partners is expanding. To support this expansion, we are looking for you, a dynamic and detail-oriented student worker, to join Partner Management.

Responsibilities as Partner Management Support
This role is pivotal in enhancing our partner portal and engaging in partner-related tasks. The position offers a unique blend of commercial and technical responsibilities tailored to match your ambitions and skill set.

• Further develop and manage our partner portal.

• Manage and develop our KPI dashboard, ensuring accurate and actionable customer & partner performance tracking.

• Contribute to partner-related projects, offering both creative and analytical input.

• Collaborate with our delivery and product teams to streamline partner management processes.

• Support the overall partner journey, including onboarding and continuous engagement.

About you

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Business, IT, or a similar field.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or similar tools. Experience with MS SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc. is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.

• Interest in both commercial and technical aspects of a partner channel business model.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in process consulting and change management.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in Waterfall/SAP Activate methodologies.
