TORM’s IT Risk & Compliance team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Assistant. This exciting role offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience within a leading international shipping company.

The Role
As a Student Assistant, you will support the Head of IT Risk and Security in maintaining accurate security metrics and participating in IT risk assessments. You will play a vital role on assisting on the implementation of the IT Security Roadmap at TORM. This is a great chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment with various assignments.

Your core tasks will include:

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Conducting research and compiling reports.
• Supporting event planning and coordination.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good user skills in Microsoft Office 365 products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Can meet deadlines with a structured approach to tasks.
• Is a good communicator, fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Has knowledge of general IT (an advantage).
• Is a fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You will work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
