Welcome to the Private Markets investment team within Nordea Asset Management. The team manages a fast growing portfolio of funds and mandates across private equity, private credit, unlisted real assets and natural capital on behalf of Nordea Bank as well as external institutional clients.

As a dedicated Student, you will be expected to participate in the entire life cycle of private market investing and due diligence, preparation of investment committee material, financial modelling and analysis as well as ad hoc data maintenance working closely with the investment teams across the Nordics.

You’ll join a committed, entrepreneurial and expanding team with passion for private markets. We welcome international candidates, but the relevant candidate should be based in either Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm, or be able to relocate prior to starting. Who you are Collaboration. To do well in this role, we believe that you should demonstrate:

• At least 3 years of university studies in relevant field (finance/accounting) with a strong academic track record
• A positive mindset and an enthusiastic approach to work
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (preferably also another Nordic language)
