We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Assistant to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in GPRD (Global Pharmaceutical R&D). As a Student Assistant in the PMO office, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including document management, meeting coordination, and maintaining project-related databases.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking action items.
- Support the PMO team in process improvement initiatives, data analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong candidate in the field of Power Bi and data analysis
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with Sharepoint.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
