The Position
As a P&O Operations Support at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

• Creating, maintaining and back-ending AskHR articles
• Working on the P&O Newsletter
• Updating and maintaining SharePoint for P&O
• Sending out surveys; onboarding, offboarding and Diversity Dashboard
• Creating quarterly analytical overview of responses to on/offboarding
• Support project for onboarding, employee documents, benefits optimization

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant area and practical work experience from P&O
• Strong personal skills in setting high standards and get things done in a collaborative way and with a fast pace in a complex stakeholder management setup
• Ability to work across functions and borders
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Good collaboration and service minded approach

About the Department
The P&O Operations department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's information technology resources. We work closely with internal staff, outsourcing partners, and consultants to ensure the smooth operation of computer hardware, software applications, and data processing systems.
