As our new Student Assistant in Retail Activation, you will join our marketing department in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to execute in-store activities and events and enhance the overall customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your marketing skills, collaborate on exciting projects, and contribute to the success of our retail initiatives.

This position is available only for students who are currently studying full-time at a university.

Key responsibilities

• Support with completion of Retailer Pack Merchandise items. This includes following up on production with an external agency and obtaining key information from our sales markets in both the EMEA and AMR region.
• Assist with developing as well as production of the new merchandise items planned for the year.
• Together with the collected team, ensure execution and delivery of yearly brochures and catalogues.
• Request feedback from the sales markets and send notices about the different events and in-store activities planned for the year.
• Support with preparations for events.
• Aid in executing tactical campaigns and follow up on the development of the tactical promotion assets requested by our sales markets and regions.

What you bring
We are seeking someone who during their studies is eager to learn more about Marketing and Retail Activation to help the team with day-to-day operational tasks and support larger in-store projects.
Moreover, you bring:

• Enrolment to a bachelor’s or master’s degree focusing on marketing, communication or business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in retail activation executions and collaborative abilities to successfully deliver projects on time.
• A positive attitude and open mindset.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to work 15-20 a week, with flexibility around your exams or other busy periods.

You will join our truly passionate marketing team in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, reporting directly to our Global Head of Retail Activation. You will work closely with multiple internal departments involved in the development of our activities in the Retail Activation department and with local teams in our sales markets to ensure successful execution of activities.
