The Royal Danish Consulate General in Shanghai is currently looking for a Chinese student assistant to assist part-time in our Public Diplomacy department. You can read more details below.
Overview of daily tasks
- News production, content for social media, press contact
- Assisting with cultural and Public Diplomacy events
- Assist with translations during presentations and visits
- Assist with graphic design layouts, posters, invitations, logos
- Photographing and video filming during events
- Video editing
Requirements
- Third year or Master student, available to work 20 hours a week
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese
- Structured approach to assignments and strong multi-tasking ability
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Familiarity and facility with social media tools and experience in promotions is preferable
- Experience in photographing, film making/editing and graphic design
