We are searching for a student to assist us 10-15 hours per week.

The position will be placed in Ferring’s spectacular brand-new facility located close to Copenhagen airport. Here you will be surrounded by highly skilled and equally dedicated colleagues including various experts and specialists that you will collaborate with as part of your daily tasks.

Your day at Ferring

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join the Global Compliance team. You will be working a maximum of 15 hours per week for a minimum period of 1 year starting September 1, 2024 and will report to the Global Compliance Manager.

You will be involved in a broad scope of activities ranging from administrative tasks to projects that will be largely centred around the Global Compliance IT system and processes.

You can expect the role to be interesting and challenging that will also provide an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

The tasks

As part of the team, you will play a major role in assisting in the management of various tasks and projects in the Global Compliance team. One larger project that you will be part of is the support on the transition to a new global IT Compliance system. The system supports assessments and reporting of various interactions with external stakeholders.

Your essential tasks will be:

• User management (user account management, data entry & verification)

• Problem solving & supporting users on system questions
• Creating user guides for the system

• Working with reporting validation in Excel spreadsheets

• Supporting on various ad-hoc projects/administrative tasks within the Global Compliance team, e.g. setting up surveys, consolidating data, data validation

Qualifications

You are organised, self-driven and open for learning new systems. You are a team player who also enjoys working alone on routine tasks as well as working on projects. You have a strong service minded attitude and take pride in solving tasks in a focused and timely manner.

• Studying a bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Compliance, Business Administration or similar
• Good interpersonal skills and good verbal/written communication skills in English
• Interested in processes/systems with strong IT skills
• Systematic/analytical, detailed-orientated, well-organised and have a quality mindset
• Learner’s mindset and proactive attitude, not afraid of ‘learning-by-doing’
• Action- and result orientated with a can-do/proactive attitude
• Strong understanding of and interest in Compliance and the Pharmaceutical industry
• Team player as well as able to work independently
• Excellent research skills using a variety of sources
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently and to work deadline-oriented
• In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
