Your job
As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Nordic Marketing team for Food and work with our exciting brands Maggi and Hälsans Kök. You will support our truly energetic and passionate team and get a taste of what it is like to work within marketing in a large international FMCG company.

In this role, key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with Nordic launch preparation and project management, e.g., helping with translation of packaging texts, artwork approval, and marketing materials.
  • Assisting with surveys and questionnaires.
  • Assisting with various internal and external brand communication tasks, incl. SoMe and websites.
  • Conducting market trend research and providing insights for marketing strategies.
  • Supporting on various projects and marketing activities, e.g., shipment of samples and handling of consumer prizes.
  • Ad hoc category and brand analyses, e.g., assisting with the development and execution of competitive landscape analysis.

This role is based at our brand-new Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to our Nordic Senior Brand Manager for Food. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you are natural coordinator that can keep an overview without overlooking details. In addition to this, you:

  • Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or similar). It could also be that you have chosen a different area of studies, but are passionate about marketing and social media.
  • Are fluent in both English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
  • Have strong communication skills and find it easy to work with many different stakeholders.
  • Are analytical and experienced in analyzing datasets and using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Are self-driven, curious by nature, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • Are comfortable working independently, but also know when to ask team members for help.
  • Get energized by projects that deal with a level of ambiguity and no clear answers.
