We're looking for the next generation of high-performing graduate talents to drive our company forward. This two-year global management program combines hands-on experience, cross-functional rotations, and uniqie leadership opportunities. After succesfully completing the program, you'll be prepared to take on a managerial role within Hilti.

What does the role involve?
The Hilti Outperformer Program is a structured and challenging journey designed to give you diverse experiences and prepare you for leadership. The program includes four stages:

- 12 months as an Account Manager in Denmark : Work directly with customers, gaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and software. This practical experience forms the foundation for your future roles at Hilti.
- 3 months at the national headquarters (Hvidovre) : Manage a functional project in areas like logistics, HR, finance, marketing or engineering, gaining operational experience.
- 6 months at the regional headquarters (Manchester) : Manage a strategic project to understand Hilti's operations at a regional level.
- 3 months on an international project : Tackle a high-impact assignment in a market outside of Northern Europe, expanding your global mindset and intercultural skills.

Throughout the program, you'll receive coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to showcase your work to senior leadership teams. Upon completion, you'll be guranteed a landing role within Hilti.

The Hilti Outperformer Program is an exceptional opportunity for career acceleration and personal development. Highlights of the program include:

• Leadership development program: Tailored courses at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, leading to an official IMD qualification.
• Business management training: Individualized training focused on leadership styles, communication skills and behavioral profiles to strengthen your leadership capabilities.
• Global summit: A 4-5 day event at Hilti's global headquarters in Liechtenstein, focusing on global business insights, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Social impact project: Participate in a hands-on community initiative, building homes for refugees in Bosnia, alongside your Outperformer cohort.

What you need is:

• A recent or upcoming 2024/2025 graduate with a Master’s or PhD in international business, finance, business administration, strategy, management, marketing, or a related field.
• At least three months of professional or international experience (e.g. internship, apprenticeship or work experience)
• Fluency in both Danish and English is mandatory; applicants without this will not be considered.
• A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ambition and drive, with a motivation to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• A global mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• A strong academic track record and a passion for tackling new challenges.

The formal process includes online assessments and a telephone interview with our recruiting team. From there you will attend a first interview with members of the Danish leadership team, a day-in-the-life virtual ‘field ride’, and finally, the assessment centre in Manchester. We cover your expenses if you have to travel to meet us.
