Student Assistant - software development

The position

We are currently looking for a Student Assistant - Software developer for our Tescia product in the Product development team in Virum, Denmark. Our new software developer will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of Tescia to process and integrate camera images and videos. Collaborate with our team to implement efficient algorithms, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to documentation.

This will be a great opportunity for you to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment while making an impact on real-world applications.

Primary responsibilities
You will be working with a team of Software engineers and industry specialists in the domain of Aerospace and Defence. Your daily work includes:

• Write and debug code for Tescia under the guidance of senior developers. We use C#

• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure quality standards are met.

• Assist in the development of software documentation, including user manuals and system architecture diagrams.

Professional qualifications

• We are looking for a student in Computer Science Engineering, Preferably for a longer-term cooperation.

• You are able to work approx. 15 hours per week and flexible during peak periods. We will provide the same flexibility around your exam periods.

• Basic experience with different programming languages ( C# is a must)

• Fluent in English, Danish is a plus.

• A Basic knowledge of camera technology, PoE and PTP.
