Digital Marketing Graduate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, digital marketing and the use of data in marketing. You will prefer to work in an environment that has emphasis on ownership of campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team and the organization. You will also love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use automation to make daily life easier.

This role sits in the Sales and Marketing team reporting to the CEO.

What your day will look like

• Support sales and marketing team members with setting up and monitoring campaigns.
• Support in communication strategy and planning of marketing.
• Build on automation and AI to improve paid performance.
• Develop Move's adtech stack.
• Responsible for content and marketing via LinkedIn, homepage and possible other channels.
• Solving graphical assignments in relation to presentations, printed material and SoMe. Either by yourself or by finding the right external partner.

• Proficiency with ad platforms especially Google and LinkedIn.
• Curiosity to try new things and take the day to day lead of the marketing at Move.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools.
• Experience driving successful lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across the cross-functional teams.

Your pay will depend on various factors including your level of experience, knowledge and skills.
