Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role
Launch your career in sales with a dynamic student worker position at Reckitt! This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As a student worker in our sales organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives.

Your responsibilities
As a Student Assistant within the Denmark Sales team, your main responsibility is to support the Customer Activation Manager and Category Development Manager with adhoc and project based tasks to pursue the goals of the Key Account Managers and the DK Sales team as a whole.

Below are some of the expectations for this position:

  • Drive specific projects and support the KAMs, CAM and CDM to deliver profitable growth in line with company objectives
  • Support product launches and Customer presentation preparations, including submission of product information/codes and sample sharing
  • Be the main point of contact for POS materials, supporting CAM in the creation and briefing process, proofreading materials and coordinating orders with 3rd party agencies, while also supporting KAMs with execution and coordination for customers
  • Product creation and Display process super user and co-driver of display strategy in local market together with CAM, engaging with stakeholders within and external to Reckitt (working in OAS, GS1, BMS & local Price List creation with communication of display and product portfolio to field sales)
  • Support the development of Joint Business Plans and key category projects (Medical conferences coordination, BDI activations set-up, roll-out and communications of campaigns to field sales, and executional assignments associated with Category projects)
  • Develop monitor, and maintain assets within our Ecommerce partners' websites, ensuring implementation of new material and functional site properties

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business/economics or equivalent
  • Fluent English Language Skills (oral and written)
  • Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Nice to have: Sales systems software (i.e. SAP), Syndicated Data software (i.e. Nielsen Data), FMCG and/or Customer and Sales Management Experience, Good Danish Language Skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
