We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven intern to join our dynamic Shopper Experience team. If you are passionate about ecommerce and have a knack for turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!
We intend to become the world’s go-to destination for men’s accessories, and we’ll do that by creating a captivating, inspirational platform for our customers. We’re well on our way to accomplishing that with our products, tech stack and marketing initiatives, but we need to ensure our customers get the best experience possible at every touchpoint on our platform. When launching big projects, you’ll be responsible for data collection, analysing and delivering actionable insights.
Tasks and responsibilities
Campaign Analysis:
- Analyse performance of ecommerce campaigns with a strong focus on orders, revenue, conversion rates (CR), and profit.
- Drive insights to inform the strategy for upcoming campaigns and contribute to the development of business cases behind them.
Product Recommendation Optimization:
- Lead efforts to optimise product recommendation performance on the platform, analysing key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
- Utilise behavioural tracking to understand what works, how it works, and identify areas for improvement.
Average Order Value (AOV) Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of average order value, staying in touch with daily fluctuations.
- Identify factors that influence AOV and develop strategies to increase it without negatively impacting conversion rates.
Shopper Journey Analysis:
- Analyse the shopper journey through behavioural tracking within CDP systems.
- Focus on understanding how different customer segments across categories and countries shop online.
- Identify friction points in the buying process and develop strategies to increase checkout completion rates while driving higher average order values.
Who you are
- You’re on a relevant educational path and are looking for an unpaid internship for Spring 2025 for at least 3-4 months.
- Have experience with qualitative and quantitative research. An interest in numbers and statistics is an advantage.
- You are ambitious and results-oriented and enjoy working with structure.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- You brighten up the office with good vibes and high team spirit.
- Maybe you have a long commute to Horsens? We are super flexible and are happy to cover the transportation costs.
