The Role?
As part of the Legal, IP & Sustainability team, you will be part of a team of 25, including a General Counsel, trained attorneys and students. Expect to get involved in:

• Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts (NDAs, distribution agreements, and more).
• Assessing questions related to IP, marketing and competition law.
• Assisting 3Shape teams across our global offices.
• Working with external legal experts on international commercial matters and disputes.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to refine your expertise in contract law and elevate your competence in stakeholder engagement.

The position is 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility around your studies and exams.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are currently a law student at a university or a business school.
• You have proven your academic abilities and show a self-formulated, meticulous approach to your work responsibilities.
• You are enthusiastic about delivering results and bringing positive energy to the team.
