Velkommen til Gæring Kalundborg
Som studentermedhjælp i gæringen sørger du for at have styr på de praktiske administrative gøremål, og hjælper til hvor der er behov

I denne rolle, kommer du til at gøre en forskel ved at.

• Sikre at vores KPI-tavler er opdaterede (gøres hver mandag eftermiddag)
• Sikre at der er styr på indkøb, arkivering og opfyldning af kontorartikler
• Ad hoc hjælp med administrative opgaver

Du vil være et godt match til denne rolle hvis..

• Er studerende og over 18 år
• Flydende i dansk skrift/tale
• Fortrolig med MS Office
• Selvstændig, serviceminded med en go-do attitude
• Kan arbejde min. 3 timer mandag eftermiddag (resten af timerne kan lægges efter aftale)
