Realkredit Danmark is part of Danske Bank Group and is one of the largest providers of mortgage loans in Denmark. As a separate legal entity Realkredit Danmark is governed by its Board of Directors and Executive Management according to regulatory governance requirements applying for mortgage institutions and Group standards.
Realkredit Danmark has a small function supporting its Board of Directors and Executive Management delivering on its accountabilities according to those requirements and standards. The function has a wide range of responsibilities within daily operation of governance measures and processes.
Support the Board of Directors and Executive Management
The role as corporate governance assistant will include a broad range of tasks of various complexity. As examples, the tasks will be writing minutes from audit committee and board meetings, various tasks related to preparing those meetings and following up on those meetings and general meetings.
Besides, your tasks will include:
- Execution of administrative tasks related to Nasdaq disclosures, maintenance of associated internal business written procedures, maintenance of associated information on Realkredit Danmark’s website, and more.
- Support to other governing bodies and fora, like i.e. Realkredit Danmark’s crisis management team, outsourcing committee, and an internal pension fund.
- Administrative tasks on managing digital post, payments of costs on the governance area and other secretarial tasks.
- Administrative tasks related to onboarding of members of the Board of Directors, fit & proper application support, ongoing maintenance of various statutory lists like i.e. lists of permanent insiders, persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and material risk takers, delegated authority lists and more.

High integrity and great communicator
You have professional experience from similar roles, i.e. in a Board of Directors or Executive Board secretariat or a project management office. You might also have some experience from a financial institution or a listed company.
You have high skills in writing in Danish and English. You have a very structured approach to your tasks and work very independently with high focus on creating and maintaining solid governance measures and processes.
Since you will get access to a lot of confidential information and inside information, it is crucial that you are a person with high integrity values.
