Student Assistant HR

About the Position

We are excited to announce the creation of a new Talent function within our People and Culture team and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and business partnering, contributing to meaningful projects that will have a direct impact across the entire organization.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, this position is based in Hellerup, Denmark, with a time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Talent Team on various people-related projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support HR administrative tasks and assist in preparing presentations and materials for meetings and initiatives.
• Research best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning, organizational design, and team dynamics to contribute to strategy development.
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving team dynamics and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration across the organization.
• Support activities that promote talent attraction and internal mobility, helping employees explore new opportunities within the company.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to track key HR metrics, providing insights that inform decision-making.

Recognise Yourself?

• You are currently studying a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
• You have a keen interest in HR, talent management, and people-focused initiatives.
• You’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and analytics.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with others.
• You have strong communication skills and can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in an HR or business environment is a plus but not required.
