About the position:

• As an Asset Manager Student Worker at Siemens Financial Services AB, you'll play a key role in managing our leasing portfolio. You’ll support our Nordic Asset Management team across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, working closely with Country Asset Managers, as well as interacting with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams.
• We offer a dynamic environment where you’ll gain valuable experience in leasing, develop your analytical and reporting skills, and engage with external partners such as vendors and customers. This role is ideal for someone who’s curious about finance, enjoys both operational and project-based work, and wants to build their skills in a fast-paced setting.
• You'll have a "buddy" to guide you through your onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. We offer flexible work hours of approximately 10-20 hours per week at our Solna office or from home, to ensure that you can balance school, work and private life.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage the end-of-term process for expiring leasing contracts, including analysis, customer contact, negotiations, preparation of documentation, and the termination or extension of contracts.
• Support with regular portfolio updates in our systems.
• Support with Sustainability and Circular economy topics.
• Support with improving the customer journey
• Encourage us to think differently about system development and negotiations to drive business in new ways.

What we think you have:

• Analytic skills and the ability to create and analyze various reports (by using excel, Tableau etc.) is a plus.
• Previous experience working with AI-iniatives is a plus.
• You are professionally fluent in English and Swedish.

About you:

• You are currently pursuing a relevant degree (bachelor or master) at a Swedish university, such as for example economy, finance, law or marketing with at least one year remaining of your studies! (We want you to stay as long as possible 😊)
