As an instructor we expect that you:
- Are enrolled in the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Economics and Business Administration, HA/BSc/HA(jur.) or corresponding lines in the Master’s Degree Programme during your employment as instructor at MGMT
- Have a solid understanding of the subjects and courses you apply for
- Are able to clearly communicate the issues, problems and solutions of the course subjects
- Can plan, structure and execute the teaching and classes of the course.
- Can foster your students’ commitment, motivation and responsibility to learn
- Are enthusiastic about helping and guiding the students
- Participate in meetings with the other instructors and the course responsible on an ongoing basis during the semester.
Who we are
We employ more than 160 academic staff including researchers, PhD students, research associates and cover a broad range of disciplines within management. The Department of Management is one of the six departments at Aarhus BSS, one of the five faculties at Aarhus University. Practical information
The instruction classes will be planned so that they do not conflict with your own schedule as a student. As an applicant you must accept that the instruction classes are placed in a fixed time-slot each week that cannot be changed on a weekly basis.
Please note that the instructor meetings with the course responsible will take place in English.
The place of work will be Fuglesangs Allé 4, 8210 Aarhus V, at the Department of Management, Aarhus BSS.

Qualification requirements
The appointment as a student instructor is conditional upon the applicant completing the faculty's course of classroom teaching for student instructors/student teaching staff at the latest at the beginning of the employment period at Centre for Educational Development.
To apply for the positions you must have passed the relevant courses at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level, at the beginning of the semester. You must attach a grade transcript from your BA and, if applicable, from your MA, as well as other relevant grade transcripts. You must also attach a CV/resume, a letter of motivation as well as any letters of recommendation that may be relevant. When assessing the applications we will focus on grades attained, knowledge of the course subjects, recommendations, previous job experience, teaching experience as well as your personality. - Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Taxation and SUL (student teaching staff).
