Our HR-dream-team is looking for a student with strong communication and people skills to take ownership of the recruitment process from A-Z. You will play a key role in driving the entire process, from crafting compelling job posts and sourcing top talent to administering assessment tests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for candidates, enhancing their journey with Cobham Satcom and contributing to our team's success.

You will get a lot of responsibility and development opportunities, and at your side, you will find our team of five talented and helpful HR colleagues, who value dialogue, transparency, and a lot of laughs. You will enter an open-minded atmosphere, where support and knowledge sharing are key.

Key responsibilities – but not limited to, are:

  • Job Postings: Prepare, proofread, and post job listings on LinkedIn, our website, and external recruitment platforms in English.
  • Recruitment Materials: Develop and refine recruitment materials to ensure high-quality communication and processes.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Participate in search activities on LinkedIn Recruiter to identify suitable candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screening and interviewing: Conduct comprehensive initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and provide valuable support throughout the interview process.
  • Administrative Flow: Ensure a seamless administrative flow throughout the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, providing assessments, notifying candidates of their application status, and reporting on recruitment progress.
  • Employer Branding: Drive and engage in employer branding initiatives through storytelling and participation in events and fairs.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate onboarding initiatives, including our introduction day and buddy program.

Depending on your interests, you may also have opportunities to engage in diversity initiatives, facilitate our Student Network, and contribute to internal communications, expanding your areas of responsibility.

As our Talent Acquisition Student Worker, your qualifications should ideally be:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field, i.e., people development, human resources, business administration, or communication.
  • Prior experience in or a keen interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Communication.
  • Proactive attitude: our HR team supports a fast-paced business, so thriving in a busy environment and using your initiative to anticipate needs and gather information is essential.
  • A “can-do” mindset: take ownership of your responsibilities and make a difference from day one as you continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Fluency in both Danish and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
  • General IT competencies, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn.

This role will be based at the Cobham Satcom headquarter in Kgs. Lyngby.
