How you will make an impact
We are looking for a new Student Assistant to join our ambitious finance team. You will work with a big variation of topics, but your primary role will be to support your colleagues in accounting-related tasks and learn about the core of Finance, where all data starts and finally ends in the annual financial report. You will also assist in projects and system optimizations and take part in our Closing process. You will have close cooperation with many colleagues in the Finance department of around 80 people in HQ Copenhagen and globally abroad.
This position offers you the possibility to learn and build a strong foundation for working in Finance – if you are curious and have a can-do attitude.

A typical day for you
- You assist the Accountants on regular accounting tasks, incl. reconciliations.
- You handle enquiries coming in through the shared mailbox.
- You assist with the Pleo workflow.
- You handle invoicing.
We imagine you have the following qualifications
- You are a student in finance, economics, business administration or similar e.g. from CBS, CPH Business, or KU, preferably with at least 2 years left before graduation.
- You have good IT skills and are used to working with Excel.
- You enjoy working with numbers and posses numerical and analytical skills.
- You are a fast learner, open minded, and naturally curious to learn and understand new things.
- You are thorough and provides an effort in delivering timely and accurately.
- You speak and write Danish and English professionally, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
