The Position
As our new colleague, you will play an important role in managing and supporting various sustainability and data-related projects within our team. You will contribute to top management decision-making on sustainability topics in Denmark’s largest pharmaceutical company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, coordinating and working closely with our stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in planning and executing internal events and meetings
- Coordinating and managing sustainability and data-related projects
- Supporting project reporting and documentation
- Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders
- Handling ad hoc tasks as needed
The position is a part-time position that requires approximately 8 hours per week, with flexible time and working days based on agreement with the team.
Qualifications
You are a Master’s student who has recently started your studies, with at least one year remaining in your program. You are studying business administration, engineering, multimedia design, marketing, or a related field.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be familiar with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Have experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Have a talent for creating graphs for dashboards
- Demonstrate a structured approach and a proactive mindset
- Be fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken

About the department
Emerging Technologies is a division within Product Supply that addresses 47,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 63,000 employees globally. In Emerging Technologies, we have approximately 2500 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK), but also in Durham (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive to be at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc.
You’ll be joining the Sustainability & Safety Team within the “Sustainability & Operational Excellence” department, based in Taastrup. This team, comprising six dedicated colleagues, collaborates closely with local Sustainability Partners to drive our Circular For Zero ambitions. Our main responsibility is to deliver top-quality support and continuously develop the Emerging Technologies Circular For Zero strategy.
