Are you a master’s student with an interest in clinical trial design and conduct? Be a part of Novo Nordisk’s growth journey and accelerate your own. Turn your degree into a global career at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies!

About the Trial Management Graduate Programme

At Novo Nordisk, clinical trials are essential to the development of new and innovative medicines for people living with serious chronic diseases. Trial Management, nested within Novo Nordisk’s Clinical Operations department, plays a vital role in our ambitious drug development program. We plan and execute clinical trials to produce the high-quality data and scientific documentation required by health authorities, to turn our promising pipeline of exciting new medicines into marketable products.

The full-time position as a Trial Management Graduate, will enable you to be a part of a team driving operational deliverables crucial to the successful execution of clinical trials. You will be involved in planning, executing, and overseeing clinical trials, experience a variety of cross-functional collaboration, work with stakeholder management and have assignments in different phases of a clinical trial. You will also enjoy the privilege of being part of a graduate network, which will allow you to broaden your learnings even further, while building your opportunities and relationships across the company.

As you embark on your life-changing career in Novo Nordisk, we will provide you with:

  • Accelerated personal and professional development from day one
  • International professional experience
  • Vast exposure and networking possibilities

The position

During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting eight-months rotations. The first rotation is planned to take place within Clinical Operations at our corporate headquarter in Denmark, where you will be thoroughly onboarded and develop in the role as a Global Trial Manager. Your second rotation will be in Clinical Development in one of our global offices around the world, providing you with insights through the perspective of an affiliate, learnings about how trials are conducted on the sites and hands on operational experience. In your third rotation, you will return to Denmark and work with some of the stakeholders you have interacted with during your first two rotations. You will work as a fully-fledged member of each team, with responsibilities for one or more projects, in an environment characterised by a vast global network, knowledge sharing and challenging assignments in a dynamic, project-centric organisation.

After two years in the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme, you will be offered a permanent position as a Global Trial Manager, with continued focus on your future career development.

Qualifications
