Student Analyst – Learning & Development

Join our team as a Student Analyst in Learning & Development at Abacus Medicine! You'll help coordinate projects, support training initiatives, and maintain our learning management system. If you’re organized and interested in L&D, we’d love to hear from you!

Drive meaningful change
In this role, you’ll be essential to our L&D team, helping to streamline communication and support the seamless delivery of learning initiatives across the organization. As our L&D Student Analyst, you’ll handle key administrative tasks and keep projects organized, contributing to the rollout of impactful global and local learning programs.

Your support will enable the team to focus on strategic priorities while you help shape meaningful learning experiences for employees throughout the company.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, track milestones, and communicate with stakeholders on L&D initiatives
  • Learning & Development programs: Assist in planning L&D programs, develop training materials, research best practices, and stay updated on current trends
  • Learning Platform: Support by updating and maintaining the learning management system, ensuring smooth user experience
  • Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, document prep, and resources for efficient program delivery
  • Data Tracking: Collect and report on participation and feedback for insights into L&D impact
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate and facilitate onboarding days and breakfasts, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for new employees

Your Profile
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd or 3rd year) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, and have a strong interest in People & Culture.

Additionally, we imagine you have:

  • Some experience in admin support, data management, or similar fields is a plus but not a must
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning management systems is a bonus
  • Quick to pick up new systems, with an interest in data handling, reporting, or process improvement
  • Proficiency in English is required

Furthermore, we find attributes as such as being organized, tech-savvy, a strong communicator, data-driven, and an adaptable learner, essential for being a success in this job.
