Are you currently a student with at least two years left in your studies and looking to gain hands-on experience in sales support within a global tech organization? We're seeking a motivated student worker to join our Order Management (OM) EMEA team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales support, order handling, and customer relationship management. The role is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods to help you balance work and studies.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist our OM team in various tasks, including:
- Supporting channel partners and distributors with sales inquiries.
- Interacting closely with our local sales teams on regional sales initiatives.
- Handling incoming cases, answering calls, and assisting with general order handling.
- Providing case management support and preparing quotations.
- Updating and maintaining CRM data in Salesforce to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
- Participating in month-end closing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with at least two years remaining in studies.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-service oriented, flexible, and open-minded.
- Willingness to work later hours on month-end close if required.
