As a Strategy Analyst in our Group Strategy team, you will work with a diverse team of 12 people and gain hands-on experience in shaping European Energy’s strategic direction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in strategic analysis, work with senior team members, and contribute to impactful projects that support our growth and success. You will be involved in a range of tasks, from supporting market evaluations to assisting with strategic planning processes – all in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and analyzing strategic initiatives across different business areas.
- Gather and analyze data, develop insights, and help prepare materials in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Gain exposure to decision-making processes and strategic conversations.
- Help prepare reports and summaries for various stakeholders, including management.
Professional Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic results
- Analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving; ability to manage data and present insights effectively
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
