We are looking for IT management consultants to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice – a team of incredibly engaged and ambitious colleagues who always strive to bring the best out in each other.
Job Description
Who is TST and what would your tasks be?
Almost every business is a technology business, and it is TS&T’s prime responsibility to transform IT departments from acting as a support function to the business to becoming a strategic driver for the organization. We are the CIO’s best friend; we support developing the vision and strategy for digital transformations that enable collaboration between business and IT.
In TS&T, we are organized into market offerings. Based on your interests, we will help you find the most exciting tasks that fit your profile and ambitions. Examples of assignments in the different market offerings are listed below and represent some of the projects you might work on:
Business of Technology (BoT)
- Design IT operating models including everything from strategy, governance models and processes, delivery models, to mapping of applications and tooling
- Perform maturity assessments of IT capabilities
- Analyze and optimize IT Financial Management and implement ITFM tools
- Perform IT cost review and design of IT cost reduction initiatives and benchmarking
- Analyze sourcing contracts for re-negotiation, set up vendor management function or support clients in an RFP and tender review process
Tech Strategy, Vision & Architecture (TSVA)
- Design and develop digital strategies with our clients
- Design, prepare and complete inspiration and content workshops for our clients on the latest tech trends and the impact they have on their businesses
- Research, understand and communicate significant market and technology trends to our clients
- Support the mapping of business and enterprise architecture landscapes to enable simplification and optimization initiatives
- Design and develop large business and architectural changes based on agile architecting, architecting scenarios and more
Enterprise Transformation & Agility (ETA)
- Help lead our clients through their transformation journey from strategy to implementation
- Plan and deliver large technology transformation programs and projects
- Design and implement Lean IT Portfolio Management
- Support clients in their agile transformation
Qualifications
In addition to having a sharp mind, we expect that you have the following skills and experience:
- You hold a graduate degree and are proficient in technology and business fields
- You have 1-3 years of full-time experience from a relevant IT/business environment
- You have an interest in, passion for and possibly experience with project management within areas such as IT transformations, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, IT infrastructure, ITIL, agile methodology, IT operating models, and technology sourcing
- You have an aspiration to grow and are quick to understand complex challenges of modern technology and their applications in the business world
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, and you should ideally have a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language
- You have the legal right to live and work in Denmark
