About the role
We are looking to hire a Junior Strategic Transformation Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our Transformation & Governance department in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will support our team in driving organizational change and strategic initiatives. You will assist in transformation programmes, provide analytical support, and contribute to projects that align with our organization's objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic transformation while continuing your academic studies. You will develop foundational skills in data analysis, project management, and change management.

What you will be doing

• Assist in the planning and execution of transformation projects
• Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision making
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and monitor timelines
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders
• Support change management activities
• Prepare reports and presentation for internal stakeholders
• Assist in managing communication platforms internally

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to currently pursue a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field. Experience from a similar position would be beneficial.

You have a strong interest in strategic transformation and organizational change, you possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with some experience or coursework in data analysis and reporting, and you have good verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and any experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint or Confluence is a plus.

As a person you enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment, and you have the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once while balancing academic commitments. You have a natural tendency to keep attention to details, and you enjoy working in an international environment.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
