About the job
We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Student Assistant to join our team and contribute to our Global HR Business Partner initiatives. Some of your main tasks include:
- System management Winningtemp: maintain, develop, and train managers in Winningtemp to ensure optimal utilization and continuous improvement.
- Data analysis and reporting: manage HR information within Power BI and identify and prioritize key data points to support strategic decision-making.
- Training and development: conduct local team training sessions focused on communication and team development utilizing Winningtemp to identify and address development areas.
- Ad Hoc HR Tasks: provide support for various HR-related tasks as needed.
Who are you
As a person, you have a strong understanding of data and are data-driven, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively to drive HR decisions. Being highly organized, working independently, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial for this role. You should enjoy engaging with managers and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What you know
We are looking for a candidate currently enrolled in a relevant master’s degree, such as IT, Learning and Organizational Transformation.
What we offer:
The student assistant position requires approximately 15 hours per week. We understand that your availability may vary depending on the period, so we offer flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule and during exam periods.
