Welcome to Food and Beverage Product Quality and Food Safety
In our department we are responsible for Novonesis’ global strategy and minimum requirements for Quality and Food Safety on Food and Beverage Products.

We operate globally, and we work in close cooperation with the organization to ensure that the quality of our products is meeting customer requirements and compliance in general.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Utilize the Power of Data: Gather, Analyze, and Present local and global quality performance indicators to drive impactful decision-making at all levels.
• Provide crucial material for management reviews to fuel informed strategic decisions.
• Spread the Word and Craft engaging newsletters to keep the organization informed and inspired.
• Support Excellence: Take charge of updating and refining documents and processes in our global IT system to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Empower the Team: Support the team with diverse documentation and administrative tasks, helping everyone excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who can work on average app. 5 – 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work more during busy periods which is normally beginning and end of months. We do offer flexibility to work less if your studies require more attention at agreed times.

In terms of personal and professional competencies, we see that you are:

• Experienced or interested in working with IT systems and data (Excel, power BI, SAP-BI, TEAMs and SharePoint).
• Organized and well structured.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and have good communication skills.
• Open minded to administrative and repetitive tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Student of food science, chemical engineering, microbiology, Quality Assurance or similar.
