Join us to play an important role in Visual Merchandising for our luxury brand and making VM top-of-mind when we introduce new products.

As our new Student Assistant, Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising, you will join our Global Visual Merchandising department in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark. Here, you will be a crucial support to our Global Senior Designer, through your help at various stages of the design and production process.

This position is available only for students who are currently studying full-time at a university.

Key responsibilities

• Support with various graphic design tasks.
• Aid in preparing various presentations and guidelines.
• Create artwork files for production.
• Pick up and unpack Visual Merchandising (VM) prototypes and materials.
• Support with setting up and testing window and in-store materials.
• Be a part of the coordination and installation of retail windows in our flagship store.
• Research materials, trends, VM execution examples etc.
• Additionally, you will help with other hoc tasks.

What you bring
To be successful in this position, you need to have basic skills and experience with graphic design and print production. You preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a Graphic Design role or a similar design field. A good understanding of wayfinding and flair for typography is a big advantage as well as being capable of adhering to a company’s Visual Identity and Brand Guidelines. You are curious about design and production in general and willing to lean in and assist with various tasks, to help the VM team meet deadlines, but also to further develop your existing skillset. Most importantly, you are ready to take the next step in your career towards the world of retail and Visual Merchandising.

Moreover, you bring:

• Experience with use of Adobe Creative Suite and basic experience in Microsoft 365 Applications.
• A natural flair for graphic design and find Visual Merchandising exciting.
• Preferably experience from a retail function.
• The ability to work 2 days a week from our office in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
• Fluency in English, verbally and written. Danish language capabilities are additionally advantageous.
