How to contribute to our vision
As our new student worker, you will be a part of an international team in the Quality Excellence Department within Offshore Execution, where teamplay matters.
You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with datasets of varying sizes and complexities to support departmental needs
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Support the development of Power BI reports, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows
- Support workload management by tracking ongoing routines, internal projects, and delivery timelines
- Support the team in updating project definitions, timelines, and action plans
- Identify opportunities to modernize and improve standard practices within the department by leveraging digital tools and fresh perspectives
- Deliver small-scale projects or developments that contribute to department goals
- Assist with minor reporting tasks and general administrative support as needed
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Engineering, Technology Management, Business Administration (or similar).
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Fluency in English Language, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and possessing a strong problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 2-3 times a week.
