As a growing scale-up, we are expanding our team and nurturing our culture. Our IT Team needs your expertise to support systems and employees, enabling sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to our 300+ employees globally, resolving computer hardware/software issues using our IT Service Management (FreshService), and providing in person support at our Copenhagen office.
- Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning through our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, Mosyle.
- Contribute to projects that enhance and automate support processes, aligning with our data-driven People Experience goals.
- Work 15 hours per week onsite at our Copenhagen office
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should:
- Have experience working in an internal help desk or relevant customer service role
- Be proficient in managing and troubleshooting MacOS and Google Workspace environments
- Approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and enthusiasm for learning
- Demonstrate a keen interest in IT and exploring innovative solutions with curiosity and resourcefulness
