Awesome! But what will my new role be?
You will take an active part in a fantastic team that will help you grow and give you a skilled introduction to the world of events, digital marketing, and content production. You will be part of our Event team with different tasks related to online and in-person meet-ups. It will be an advantage if you have experience with WordPress and Canva.

Your tasks will mainly include:

• Scheduling webinars in outlook & Zoom
• Updating event landing pages with event info & speaker bios
• Populating Canva templates for events with content and visuals
• Setting up registration pages & messaging in our event management software
• Logistics tasks related to collateral needed for events around the world
• Data capturing & reporting on various event-related metrics

From our HQ in Copenhagen, you will be part of a diverse team and you will therefore assist on many different tasks besides those from your key responsibilities. You’ll work approx. 15 hours a week in a flexible environment compatible with your schedule.

Sure, sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
We imagine that our future colleague is studying a relevant education and have previous experience within marketing or similar. Besides this we are looking for someone either native or fluent in English. The most important thing is that you are structured, cooperative, and listening. You will have your own responsibilities, but we will also need your help with many different things during the year. Availability during weeks 44 and 45 for assisting with the biggest event in the Dalux calendar is a requirement.
