What You’ll Do
As a student assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team with:

• Website Updates and Maintenance: Keep our global websites up to date using Umbraco CMS.
• Social Media Content: Create and manage organic content and campaigns for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Email Marketing: Design and send newsletters using ActiveCampaign.
• SEO and Analytics: Enhance SEO with tools like Ahrefs and monitor website performance via Matomo.
• Marketing Dashboards: Maintain and update our marketing dashboards using PowerBI.
• Info Screen Updates: Keep internal communication screens current and engaging.
• Ad hoc Projects: Support the team with a variety of exciting, on-the-go tasks.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll succeed in this role if you:

• Approach tasks with positivity, even during busy periods.
• Work independently, are structured, and take ownership of your assignments.
• Communicate effectively and confidently.
• Have a flair for online trends and understand customer journeys and behavior across digital platforms.
• Speak and write fluent English.

Practical Details

• Hours: Approx. 8 hours per week, preferably on a fixed weekday.
