AGC Biologics A/S (AGC) er en kontrakt producerende organisation inden for biotekindustrien. Vi arbejder med udvikling af biofarmaceutiske produktionsprocesser samt GMP produktion af biofarmaceutiske proteiner til både klinisk afprøvning og markedsføring.
Laborantpraktikanter til Analytical Method Development HPLC og Bioassay, Søborg
Vi søger i øjeblikket 2 praktikanter med start 1. februar 2022 til vores Analytical Method Development HPLC og ELISA afdelinger i Søborg. Vi tilbyder 1 års praktik i en dynamisk og voksende virksomhed med gode muligheder for at arbejde med en bred og varieret palet af opgaver og udfordringer til gavn for patienter verden over.
Vi forventer du kommer med stor faglig viden fra dine skoleophold, drive og en stor lyst til at lære både på det faglige og personlige plan. Vi vil sørge for, at du får en fast praktikvejleder tilknyttet og at du vil blive undervist af et bredt udsnit af vores akademikere med ekspertise i de relevante områder for Jer/dig. Lære noget om CDMO branchen og får indblik i analyse udvikling for rigtig mange forskellige stoffer. I bliver en del af et rigtigt godt socialt sammenhold hos arbejdsfamilien (AD).
Som Laborantpraktikant i vores Analytical Development HPLC afdelingen vil du komme til at beskæftige dig med:
- HPLC analyser såsom affinitet-, size exclusion- og/eller ionbytnings chromatografi med focus på High Throughput Teknologi (HTT)
- Stifte bekendtskab med capillar electropherese metode(r)
- Selvstændig databehandling og levering af resultater til scientist godkendelse
- Hands on erfaring med Thermofisher HPLC udstyr samt Chromeleon chromatography software
Som Laborantpraktikant i vores Analytical Development i Bioassay afdelingen vil du komme til at beskæftige dig med:
- En række af forskellige analyseprincipper såsom ELISA, SDS-PAGE, SoloVPE (OD), cell based assays etc.
- Selvstændig databehandling og levering af resultater til scientist godkendelse
- Arbejde med high throughput instrumenter såsom automatisering af ELISA ved hjælp af fortyndings-robot, eller high throughput analyse med Octet HTX
Vi forventer at du:
- Har afsluttet (eller forventer at afslutte) den teoretiske del af laborantuddannelsen inden praktikken starter
- Har gode engelske kundskaber, både i tale og på skrift
- Er omstillingsparat, systematisk og detaljeorienteret
