The role
Role basics
- Part-time position (student, 15-20 hours weekly)
- Work location: Klareboderne 1, central Copenhagen
- Reporting to: Amanda Tonsgaard (Partner & Head of Investor Relations)
The role you’ll play
We are looking for a part-time Junior Analyst to further strengthen our communication capabilities.
You will get the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and support the organisation in everything related to external communication. In this interesting role, you will be supporting the Investor Relations team in creating and managing corporate branding content, write text for our website, and create weekly posts for LinkedIn.

The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of an ambitious and purpose driven Investor Relations team in the infrastructure investment industry. The team is responsible for investor relations, capital raising and external communications activities. The team comprises nine people and is led by Amanda Tonsgaard, Partner & Head of Investor Relations.
Three colleagues from the team are based in London and the rest of the team is working from the Copenhagen office.
In addition, you will also be a part of AIP’s diverse student team consisting of 23 Junior Analysts with a strong community with various sports, social and afterwork activities. We develop our Junior Analysts through continuous feedback and trust.

- Create and maintain a press archive
- Monitor and report on media coverage
- Monitor social media activity
- Making graphic assignments
- Plan and evaluate paid-for media, social search engine campaigns

What you’ll need to bring
We expect you to have completed your bachelor’s degree and will be studying for your master’s degree in journalism, communication and/or marketing. You must be fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus.
This will make you stand out
- Excellent writing skills and organisational abilities, professionalism, and great attention to detail and experience in writing e.g. newsletters or press releases.
- Worked with video - and photo editing software and know platforms like SharePoint, Office 365, and Adobe.
- Have worked with CMS systems, e.g. WordPress.
