Talent Acquistion at a glance | your new team
The TA team consist of 6 people based in Aarhus, Aalborg and Copenhagen and is a part of People & Culture(P&C) that counts 30 people across the country. TA was established in October 2024 and works with recruitments and initiatives which optimizes processes and raises awareness of Telia/Norlys as an employer.

A workday as Talent Acquisition Student Worker🔍🕵️‍♀️

You arrive at our brand-new office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, to join your colleagues - sometimes you are from home. You check your calendar and see that there is a TA meeting scheduled at 9:00, where we will discuss incoming tasks in the team and how they will be handled. Next, you check your email and see that your colleague Kim, Talent Acquisition Lead, has asked you to assist with a LinkedIn search task to find a skilled new employee. You start working on the search. Around noon it’s time for delicious lunch😋 with the P&C team. After lunch, Josephine (aka Jose😎), Talent Acquisition Specialist, asks you if you have time to help review and edit two job postings, ensuring they fit the role and reflect values.

Together with Alberte, TA Student Worker based in Aalborg, you prioritize and coordinate tasks and working hours.

In short - in the first step, you will assist with job advertisements, job postings, and LinkedIn searches. The second step will involve tasks and projects related to diversity and inclusion (D&I) and employer branding. Your primary tools will include Workday, SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.

We imagine that that you are enrolled in a relevant degree program within Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science etc.
