How to contribute to our vision
As our new student worker, you will be a part of an international team in the Platform Performance and Assessment (PPA) team, where teamplay matters.

You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with project deliverables such as presentations and statistical analysis.
  • Creating tools in PowerBI/Excel/PowerPoint for the team to use towards project execution.
  • Playing an active part of the Technology 8D Problem-Solving community.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Engineering, Project Management (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need/are:

  • Basic Understanding of the technical aspects of wind turbines & wind energy.
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new contacts.
  • Demonstrates openness, confidence, and approachability when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to actively participate in problem-solving initiatives & think outside of the box.
  • An attitude for working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project related deliverables.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take an active part in the learning process, contributing to both individual and team success.
  • A high understanding of Microsoft packages. Understanding and using Visual Basic (VBA) is a plus.

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 2 times a week.
