Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Academy team in Technical Product Management. This part-time role (10-15 hours per week) is ideal for students eager to gain practical experience while continuing their studies. You will assist with various tasks, including translating and adding subtitles to videos, coordinating translation efforts, taking part in developing training content, and supporting ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Add multi-language subtitles to training videos and coordinate the translation of subtitles with the language-responsible persons in the global service organization
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop training content
• Assist in various projects and related ad hoc tasks
• Ensure high-quality and timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• AI understanding/experience is a plus
