Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting hands-on communication- and change management learning opportunity, focused on supporting the global implementation team with project communication, change management activities and building a strong relationship to our stakeholders? Your role will be
As a student assistant in the project, we are looking for a skilled student to carry out the following activities after receiving appropriate training and collaborative guidance:
- Contribute to general communication to all stakeholders
- Create presentations to communicate our project purpose
- Contribute to build our change management, project implementation toolbox (communications, change management, surveys, etc.)
- Maintain our information site (Sharepoint)
- Create surveys to track project health using the ADKAR model
- Assist the project team with ad hoc project activities.
Who are we looking for:
You are studying for your Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Business or other relevant Business Management fields and have communications as a field of interest.
You are diplomatic, trustful and driven by the opportunity to provide first class support. You have a positive can-do attitude, as you will have to juggle through various demands of a versatile business environment. It is expected you will be working 15 hours per week with the possibility of variation and balance your studies. Skills can be learned, and we do not expect you to know everything, but we value your healthy contribution to our joint success via your dedication and interests in the field of communication.

- Are self-driven and with an ability to adapt to change quickly and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Structured

Practicalities
- This is a paid student position
- Position with no end date
- Working hours: 15 hours per week with the possibility of variation.
