Welcome to TDC NET Procurement
You will be part of a focused Procurement function supporting 20 motivated professionals who handle all strategic sourcing activities across a substantial multibillion DKK spend.

Procurement is a strategic priority for TDC NET and holds the full process responsibility for all companywide spend; from defining category strategies, tendering, contracting, vendor management, purchasing and stock optimization.

In your role as Sourcing Analyst you will get the opportunity to dive into tasks within contract management, data analysis, document administration and process automation.

You will be involved in:

• Hereunder supporting the Procurement stakeholders by managing the digital tender tools
• Maintain spend data and ensuring reporting acuracy
• Coordinating best practice on digital tools with our system vendors
• Contributing to the department performance tracking by Collecting information from internal and external stakeholders and evaluating data
• Collaborating with engaged colleagues who will support and guide you during your time here
• Immediately addressing various administrative tasks, supporting all of Procurement

About you
As a person you are keen on optimising your commercial surroundings and are service oriented towards your business stakeholders.

You are detail oriented, and are able to tailor your communication style in line with any given situation.

You communicate effortlessly in English and Danish - in both speech and writing - and have a personal motivation of completing tasks fully.

Finally, you are a Microsoft Office power-user, equally comfortable handling large Excel files.

You can read and understand the content of commercial contracts and extract relevant information.
